Yucky week (what a way to end 2009)

Wow, almost all this week (with the exception of Monday) I have been battling a cold. Actually, the cold started on Tuesday. I just now had to practically play secretary yet again and call a few people to tell them I am not going to be working Thursday and Friday. Played phone tag with two of them (actually, I had to leave voice mails on cell phones) one I was finally able to talk to. I really hate this time of year, and this is so not how I planned on ringing in the New Year... definetly not with a 99.2 temp that's for sure!

At least you'll be able to brush it off when the new year hits and won't have to get that cold later on during 2010. Or, one day you can tell your kids, if you have any, that you where sick for two years lol Partially in 2009 and into 2010.

Get well soon. It always seems illness strikes me at the worst times too. 2010 will be a better year. Gotta look at the positives. Everything will get better..

Thanks you guys. Just checked my temp a little bit ago. Steady at 99.2. Hopefully it doesn't get any worse than this.

I don't have a ride, for starters, and usually we don't really worry about my temp unless it gets any higher than 99.2. if it was 99.9 or even 100 then it'd be something to worry about. But my appetite's been good, I'm not throwing up or anything, so there's nothing to worry about at the moment. Also, I have nebulizer treatments that I do when I get like this. So I do take care of myself when I get sick. So there's no worry there.
