How are the police in your city and how do you feel around them?

We don't have a police force but have criminals with guns and badges, I fear the police more than the criminals as I can protect myself against the criminals but not the police. When we have an issue we don't even think about calling the police we contact our private armed response and let them contact the police if needed. The only time I have any dealing with the police is when I need a case number for insurance purposes. :cry3:

There are no police in my town. We have to call 911 and then they dispatch the nearest State Trooper. There's no doubt that you do not want to mess with a State Trooper. They all look like they've got a rod stuck up their behind and an attitude to go with it. I've met a few exceptions but they were few and far between.

Oh yea, I know. I travel south alot and always have a car so I am aware and they scare the crap out of me.

We had lunch in a restaurant in town today, and while we were there a sergeant on the city police force came in and sat across the dining room from from us, and while we were there, he didn't shoot anybody.

I have black windows on my car so sometimes I'm very scared but only once a cop messed with me over it. And he didn't shoot! Lol

I've had no problems with them so far. I had to give a statement yesterday because a short while ago I was threatened with being stabbed by a customer at work. The officer who took my statement was very nice and professional.

And since our police don't carry guns, I didn't wind up with two in the head and five in the chest.
