Should we redesign our forum logo?

Hello friends,

I would like to know your thoughts on our forum logo, it's a good logo or not?

I thought we should redesign it, keep the same structure of logo but change a few shapes on it.

What would you suggest?

Too much happening not tidy enough.

If I only saw the logo on its own, without any other references to the website's name, I would read the name as "Webmaster UN".

Maybe put the smaller crescent on top?

It reminds me of sun computers. As far as changing it? I'm not real big on change usually.

As mentioned already, the S is indiscernible. So if you can keep the design how it is but just make the S more clear, then I think it will be fine.
