Automated customer service. Sometimes it doesn't understand what you say. Sometimes it gives you options, but the reason for your call isn't any of those options. Sometimes, if there's even a small background noise or you breathe the wrong way, it'll say "I'm sorry, I didn't get that." If you try to press 0 to speak to a representative, it'll say "I need more information before I can transfer you." Honestly, I'd rather be on hold for 10 minutes to speak to an actual person than go through that.
