Dog or a cat person?

I'm a cat person, I've always had at least one cat in my life and I've been alive for 32 years now. They're just much cuter than dogs IMO, plus they're less annoying. xD I like dogs, but they're way too hyper for me and sometimes make too much noise. Cats are easier to take care of too, just have to make sure they've got food, water, a clean litter box and give them attention when they ask for it. Plus be sure to get them toys to help keep them entertained, and get a scratching post to help with them tearing up furniture.

Nice, what’s your cats name?

I was thinking about getting a cat. We wanted dogs but the more I think about it, the more I’m afraid they are going to tear up my house and ruin all the furniture/ carpet. Cats seem like a safer pet.

Oh, I can't decide. I love both for different reasons. I love dogs because we can go for walks and they listen to commands. I love cats because they can stay indoors and I don't have to come home to let them out during the day if I'm out and about.

Do you have either right now?

I'm a cat person. My girlfriend and I have 2 cats that she moved in with us when we got together.

I'm more of a cat person, though haven't had our own cat for a long while.
