Have you ever struggled with your weight? Do you actively try and loose weight or maintain your fitness?

I was a big boy when I was 13 - 18, started going to the gym at around 18, my weight was 100kg. I trained hard and have maintained around 70kg for the last 10 years. Gained a bit of muscle during that time at the gym and now mainly do Yoga, Running and riding to stay healthy now.

Was skinny as a kid but now I have to work maintain decent size. During the pandemic I've put on a few and stopped caring so much about fitness. I need to get back into it.

Must admit I've got a bit podgy since I retired.

Yep, always have struggled with my weight. I haven't tried much of anything diet wise. I have been unable to exercise due to chronic low back pain. :/

Have you tried using an elliptical?

I'm probably going to keep gaining weight the more I am unemployed and the more I sit at this computer desk and shove food down my throat every day. I would take regular walks around the block, but it has been 100+ degrees outside lately, far too hot to take walks IMO. I guess I'm going to have to exercise inside or something, like good old fashion sit-ups.

Sweating in 100+ degree weather is good for you. Get all those toxins out. Just be sure to stay hydrated and take breaks when you need them.

Yeah, for real. My job has like no A/C and even with fans blowing at the front register and ceiling fans going it's still too hot.
