Are you a picky eater? Are you apprehensive to try new foods?
....or are you the opposite?

Extremely picky eater. I have issues with certain textures, so some foods hit my tongue and I have to get rid of them immediately or I'll be sick. I try to expand my horizons and try new things, but sometimes it's just not meant to be!
Opposite here. I live trying everything new! I usually like most foods.

I wish I could! I used to love trying new foods, but more and more of them started making me feel sick, so I've slowly knocked choices off of my eating options.
That sucks. What kind of foods do you like?

My go-to are egg dishes these days, but I also like sandwiches, pastas, things like that. I can't eat a lot of meats now, like turkey, chicken, certain cuts of beef, thick cuts of pork, etc. I also can't eat fish, so...my protein options are severely limited!

Eggs are good! I make egg salad sammiches all the time.

yes, I am a picky eater- so much so that I drive myself mad when it comes to food planning for the week ahead

their is not much i like, so my menus are pretty repetitive

also if I go out for dinner, it's either mcdonalds, or if I'm going round to someone's house for dinner, they are cooking me nuggets, pizza, getting me takeout, or giving me chips- otherwise I just won't eat

I also won't eat sandwiches, cake, cheese, (the local supermarket actually has to make me cheese free pizza), which isn't too bad, baked beans, peas, carots, custord, the list goes on. feeding me (and keeping me full), isn't easy

I often find myself feeling quite empty, even after a full meal

Yikes! I'm a picky eater, but you've definitely got me beaten! That's got to be a real struggle!

Of course! IHOP make a decent omelette!
Better than Dennys!

My daughter is the same way.

If the new food doesn't pass my initial visual inspection, I won't even touch it.

Oh absolutely, Denny's is overrated!
it certainly has it's downsides

especially in places like hospitals where food is limited
I have that same issue at hospitals, it's a nightmare when I get admitted and have to eat their food. Near impossible!
