I personally really have a fondness for : peanut butter, almond spread, Pista's hazelnut spread and humus spread for my French toasts and bagels for breakfast in the morning. How about you? What are your favourite spreads personally in your view?

I love Philadelphia’s garlic cream cheese, @passenger!Cream cheese.
If you can get some of those mini bagels, you might want to try some of those...very lightly toasted...with most any of the cream cheese flavors. Even plain.

They sell it locally, in some stores, but it's too expensive, I get it from Amazon.
Do they change up the version sold to americans or is it the same stuff?
Same exact stuff, though I am curious about some of the limited edition versions that have come out, they even made one with Guinness, and one that was "Extra Mature" for a stronger flavour...those I'd love to try!
If you want a tip to get "used to" the flavour, start my ordering Twiglets, they're a snack we eat in the UK that have a very similar flavour to Marmite, but not as intense as marmite on toast. Once you can handle that Marmite isn't as intimidating
