Cinematography is the art of making movies.

Have you ever had an interest in this as a career?

Do you think it would be fun? Do you think its a hard job?

I think it would be a fun job to have, but oh so tedious, as well, since you need to know the exact shot for the scene every single time to capture the right emotion or action.

Absolutely, and all sorts of working conditions, too! Not to mention potentially having to travel to multiple countries per-shoot...eek.
Its busy while you're in it but when the movie is done *poof* you have unlimited free time all of the sudden ...and your next job is not always guaranteed. No stability.

Absolutely true, could be weeks, months, years or never. The line between being Peter Jackson and someone handing out their latest script while working at a car wash is very slim!
