What is your worst food horror story?

Finding a wiggly worm in my mcdonalds sauce.

It was horrible, and even though it put me off that particular night, I still eat it.. just double check the dips now.

How did that happen? Are the sauces factory sealed or do they manually put sauces into little cups there at the restaurant?

Anywho, one time I went to Arbys and there was a giant loogie in my fires.
