Beware of The Bends!

You need to go really deep sea diving to get the bends. ??

Actually, I think of scuba diving as more shallower-water diving? That would be a bit less dangerous, unless you have some kind of freak happening like Steve Irwin did.

According to Rosanna Rosanna Dana though, "It's always something."

Okay you talked me into it, I am still going scuba diving one day!

Ouch! How did that happen?
Well, the opposing player hit a deep shot to my right side. I thought I could do a simple Drop step and pivot and be able to handle that shot going behind me. But, when I drop stepped, i tripped and my right foot planted and stuck the drop step but the rest of me kept going toward the ground and my fibula snapped.

OUCH!

Sorry that happened.

Thanks. But, kind of my own fault. It was 2021. And during covid we were all home grazing and getting out of shape lol. So, i wasn't in the best shape as I hadn't been hitting the gym. And I like to play in a very competitive way and went too hard. I am recovered now and I could go back and play but I simply cannot trust myself to not go hard for a ball. It's just how I play. I can't stand to play things in a fluff way lol. So, best I give it up completely for now. Maybe I will resume light play when I feel I am in tip top shape again.

Yeah I am still in pandemic mode myself. Hoping to get into better shape starting in January. 2023 will be the year I get back down to the weight I was at in 2019 (before the pandemic).
