They let him take a couple of gluten free English muffin splits and puts bacon and eggs in them. If he was celiac he wouldn't be able to due to contamination but he's just on the gluten free diet for now... awaiting a test for celiac as gluten makes him sick.So he just eats meat patties?

These days fast food places should cater to gluten free. They cater to the vegan diets etc.
I haven't had a McDonalds' breakfast since October.
And I only had it in October because I was out of town working a heritage train and had no other choices at that hour of the morning for coffee. Thought I had better eat too.
How was it?
The kind of do already. You can say "no bun" or "lettuce wrapped" at most places, at least around here.
A lettuce wrapped burger is still pretty damn good!
..or if you're just eating meat patties with cheese and bacon on top (on a plate) with a knife and fork, thats good too.
I do love a Mcdonald's breakfast when I am able to get one but it isn't often at all for me. The last time I believe I had a Mcdonald's breakfast was in October 2020 and I haven't had one since so that is pretty much the time scale between me having McDonald's breakfasts.
Those are sooo good, they are the worst for you though.
What did you order back in October 2020?
I rarely have a McDonald's breakfast (not much of a breakfast lover at all!)... but if I'm getting one then I normally just get a bacon roll with brown sauce. They brought out these mini potato waffles too as an alternative to hash browns and I really liked those.
