Are you a leader or a follower?

I don't want to lead... but people keep following me. I'd much rather just Solo lol.

I'd rather be a follower but I keep getting myself into leadership roles some how. I run this forum, I am a supervisor at my job, I am the head of my household, etc.
You're Nebby, we all want to follow Nebby.

I'm probably more of a follower, no one would want me to lead them, lol

Definitely a leader. Always have been. I manage a team of 8 at work. Pretty fun inspiring people to work their best.

Neither. I blaze my own trail. Like my idol, the brilliant Agnetha Faltskog, I stand alone. I have no desire to run with the pack.

As much as I love Neb, I certainly don't want to follow him. I don't need to follow. I am me, myself and that's all I care to be.

That's fair enough, Dollhouse. Not everyone can be leaders.

With me, I value my freedom and don't like others dictating what I should do or be. So I just do my own thing.

I'm currently a Team Manager of around 20 colleagues across multiple locations, so I'd say I would be in the wrong job if I was a follower!
I do enjoy leading, but people are pretty unpredictable, so I can see why being a leader is not for everyone.

Ever had to fire anyone?

Follower, but I can be both. Being in management in my employment and going to school for education gave me a lot of confidence and ability to lead. I think I'd rather follow, though...depending on the situation.
