Do you ever get a customer at your work that has really bad speech habits and they spend more time stuck on "Um, well...uh uh ummmm, uhh....welll uuhhhhhh durrrrrr" and they just sit there doing it for 5 minutes straight and can't spit out what they want to say? Does this irritate you at all?
Reminds me of myself at TacoBell yesterday: I have not been to a TacoBell for a long time & they had a pretty standard menu for a long time, but in recent years they keep changing things regularly. I used to know what to order....a Tostada Supreme. Well, that does not exist any more....so I was trying to describe what I wanted to see if they could make one for me.
The girl had a very pleasant & helpful attitude, good thing that the place was not crowded. 


I'm going to have to go online & 'study' their current menu.
