Is it true that any of us could be a hero?

We all have the capacity to do so, absolutely, but not everyone has the nerve to run into a burning building or stop someone with a gun.

I have always felt that a hero was not a normal person but yet a thing compared to heroes out of mythology that went through great lengths of doing & completing nigh impossible tasks such as Hercules, Achilles, Ragnar Lothbrok, Thor, Spartacus, and Beowulf.
