Know everything the govt knows about aliens?

Honestly I would love to know as much as possible! Aliens and the supernatural are two of my favorite subjects. Earth can't be the only planet that has life, I'm sure there's other planets out there that have some form of life.
I think there's a couple of particulars that need to be clarified here.
What does WHICH 'government' know?

I am sure they are out there, I mean it would be ignorant as fuck to assume that our planet is the only one out there with life on it..
That would be like assuming that because you had sex, and got pregnant, that it would only happen to you.. and not anyone else that does the same.
The same circumstances that created Earth, created the other planets and galaxies out there.. so it stands to reason that if our planet has life on it, then others would too..
I mean, even Tardigrades have debunked that idea since they can survive in outer space.. so it is probably at the very beginning stage of life for another life form..
That said though, I hope that the aliens out there, don't think that the way humans treat each other and the planet is the right way to do things.. because if they interpret our hatred and violence toward each other and our environment as a friendly gesture, and decide to say "Hello, Friend" in that context then humanity is fucked.

Not just humans, if aliens decided to observe the animal kingdom, they'd see nothing but them murdering and eating each other as well. We're doomed.
