Tips for Depression, Stress and Anxiety?

1. Stop and breathe.

2. Find out what is triggering you.

3. Solve your triggers.

For example, my personal triggers are : physical health issues. After finding out what my physical health issues are, I solve them. So, can you recover health and wholeness? If my deep foot skin issues can, you can too.
 
Sadly there are no blanket treatments. Depression is an individual problem and therefore is different per person. I've been dealing with my depression for over 2 decades and I have found no solutions.
 
3. Solve your triggers.
it isn't that simple all the time. Triggers may not be so easy to fix.

Honestly my best tip is to just listen to your body

If it's telling you to rest, rest. If it's telling you to eat something, eat. Don't try and over do it
