My main email service provider crashed on Dec. 18.
No sending or receiving email. Back online yesterday.
Seems like an incredibly long downtime; this has been an extremely reliable local company to deal with, so totally unexpected happening.

Our email administrators have made significant progress and new emails are now flowing into email boxes but there are still issues to be resolved. Emails before Dec 19th are being removed by our mail vendor so they can be repaired and redelivered. There are over 10 million emails, so that process will take days and unfortunately will be slowed further by the holidays. We are very sorry for this continued inconvenience and we are working very hard to get all issues resolved."
