What is a thing that you use for background noise?

I have found a few 'background noise' shows before and even podcasts for myself when online or just wanting noise while doing a thing.

I just found MrT's channel a few weeks or so ago. Great stuff for sure.

He really is, there's entertainment, but there's also something so soothing about just watching or listening to him cook. His ones at home where he's watching his phone and laughing at bits are quite charming, too

I can use any show I've watched a lot as background noise. Mostly cartoons. That said, I don't tend to like background noise most of the time...

When it comes to background noise I either have some music on low in the background or have a TV show such as Family Guy on in the background playing. I also sometimes have Twitch playing as well on low in the background when I am working away on my PC.
