Nothing because I can't cook! I'd get vegan caterers in instead.

I’m not vegan but I’ve some great vegan dishes before, so, I’d be down for that!
I'm frying up some chicken drumsticks and cooking some rice to go with it tonight. Would that be acceptable?
I'm not sure what I'll cook, but definitely more than one dish. 
That way, there will be options. I'll put a few dishes in the middle of the table, and everyone can pick what they like best. That's what I usually do, it works great.
