That I retired from it ten years ago.
It's an outdoor job
It's not customer service
The hours - I work afternoons/evenings or nights
It's not a corporation so there's a more personal aspect to it; I don't feel like a nameless number to my employers
I'm being paid a living wage to do something that I enjoy
The horses are pretty

Good group of people to work with.
Mostly a well-run company that actually gives a shit about its employees.
We are in health care and a friend's father was receiving the service we provide (home oxygen) when he died so I feel the work we do matters to people in a big way.
We just marked my 25th anniversary in the role so that probably says a lot right there.
