Your thoughts?

Protesters swarmed a Hooters in upstate New York after a transgender woman sued the restaurant for "sex-based discrimination."

According to NEWS 10 on Thursday, Brandy Livingston was a regular patron at a Hooters based in the small town of Colonie, New York before transitioning into a woman. However, issues later arose at the restaurant when Livingston transitioned into a woman.

"They would use male pronouns. They would refer to me as he," Livingston told NEWS 10.

Livingston also accused the Hooters' management and employees of harassment when she tried to use their restrooms.

Par for the course. They're not going to hire trans women, hell, they don't hire cis women unless they meet an obscene standard of beauty. The counter-claims that "she made the wait staff uncomfortable" are 100% going to be total bullshit, it's the panic defense of the 2020's. Oh, it's a trans woman, quick, say it harassed me!

That's none of your business, and no, that's not how that works.

It might become the business of the women in their server's changing room. The women do have the right to be in their own safe space without a 'wiener' in attendance. Don't they?

And while you're at it, explain to me what then defines a biological male besides the XY chromosome.

Your attempts to white-knight are outstanding, but your understanding of the subject matter is woefully lacking. Most trans women hide their anatomy using tucking or gaffes, it's something they aren't comfortable with, so why would they display it? Maybe learn something about what it is to be trans before you go spouting drivel you've heard other white-knighting transphobes espouse with zero clue about the subject matter.

Your 'fears' are unfounded, unjustified and based on complete nonsense, Trans women don't make cis women unsafe. Trans women are women, just of a different origin, and in spite of the constant wave of baseless claims like this we face, it's trans women that end up facing assault and harassment in bathrooms, changing areas and more, irrespective of what space they're in.

And you totally ignored the question about the rights of women.

We'll see how the courts rule on that one when the time comes.

It will be interesting, won't it?
Considering the incoming administration, it's not had to see which way the wind is blowing, but that doesn't change the reality that trans women are women. So for the next four years, yeah, we might be sub-human.
