What are some of the best free PC cleaning programs that actually work?

I go on filehippo and download Ccleaner. It has a free version and now a paid version. Which is weird because years ago when it first came out it on Windows XP it was just freeware.

I always use CCleaner too for the misc stuff, but never the paid version.

I always used CCLeaner on Windows and recently started using BleachBit on Linux. I was unaware of any such utility on Linux until I heard of BleachBit so for a while I was relying on a janky bash script I wrote to do the job (which, in a way was better, because it also cleaned out my Spotify and package cache).
