Movies that made you cry?

That's never happened to me. I've watched some pretty depressing movies and not one of them made me cry my eyes out. I guess it's probably because at the back of my mind, I know this movie and the characters in it are fictional. And it's hard to have feelings invested in something I know isn't real. But that's just me though.

I am Sam movie made me cry badly, i loved the story and acting of all the actors

I don't cry at all really, but Toy Story 3 when Andy gives away his toys at the end made me bawl. Grew up and grew old with those movies

I've watched some sad films (not voluntarily, I would never watch a sad film) but I've never ever cried. Only two films have come close and I'm actually not sure what the name of one of them is. The first was The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas. Not sure what the other one was but it was about a girl that got murdered by a paedo

EDIT: It was called the Lovely Bones. Fuck that guy with the glasses

Any movie where the main character dies will make me cry! Or if a child dies, I can't handle watching that.

Toy Story 3 definitely had everyone in the theater crying so I'm glad I wasn't alone at crying over a cartoon.

The Notebook I had to watch with students when I was a substitute teacher and tried hard not to cry at the end. I made sure I was reading on my Kindle instead of watching!

The champ (1979) I watched it with my dad last night and we were both in tears.

I think there was a couple of times I cried during the Harry Potter series when certain characters died. I didn't full on ugly cry or anything but there were a couple of tears.

I know how you feel. That and the end of Toy Story 4.

The Green Mile.

put me the green mile GIF

Ha, both films that have genuinely made me blub have already been mentioned.. Marley & Me, and The Green Mile.

Armageddon often comes pretty close too though.. ?

I seldom cry when watching movies. The only movie that hit me big time was The Kite Runner.
