Made you have trust issues

What had happened in your life that made you have trust issues?

I don't know that I have trust issues. I've just grown older and I've seen the way some people behave. Some people can test your trust in people with bad behavior.

A friend and I planned on going to the local carnival. Day comes and she tells me that she can't go anymore because her dad said she has to clean her room. I end up finding someone else to come with me. Guess who we ran into?

It depends on which relative you're talking about. There are some people I'm related to that I trust and some I don't. I know that sounds bad but there are some people that will screw you over in a heart beat, even if they are related to you.

Absolutely. They have given me no reason not to.

I've had friends and family members betray my trust throughout the years. I've had to learn not to label people as friends so quickly and just sit back and observe their actions over time to see if they're genuine.
