What item do you prefer buying in person rather than online?

Almost everything. I don't like ordering online unless I know I can't get the item I want anywhere else.

Clothes. Lot easier to return if they don't fit, or better still you can try it on in the shop.

Shoes/Clothes, but most of the times i get them online, that's the perk of living in a 3rd world country that almost all shops have just local stuff.

Clothes, things to try before buying SHoes also. Then going to the food store and picking up things that are fresh and whatnot. Online you have no idea what you are getting.

I have no problem with buying clothes online, but definitely agree about shoes.

Food is the only thing, to be honest. I just don't trust the supermarket people to choose the best fruit and vegetables if I ordered my groceries online.

With everything else, it's just easier to order them online

Great point! I prefer to buy own produce in person. Come to think of it meat as well!

Food for one thing, anything expensive if possible like tvs and computers.

Books. I love book stores. I like to pick up the books, the smell of a bookstore, getting distracted by books that I wasn't even looking for, all of it.

I too don't care to order online unless I have to or it's a good deal. Like I do order from Chewy a lot as their natural dog & cat food I can't find anywhere else.

It's interesting because we would probably have mentioned cars in a thread like this. before. But buying cars online is actually really pleasant and an extremely easy process. Since I passed my test during the lockdown, I had to do that instead of buying a car in person and was very happy with the service actually.

I prefer buying clothes offline because some clothes online do not look the same when received.
