So too many people were let in? How is that his fault? Despite that I hear he is trying to make things right for those affected.

Haven't had a proper look into it but I think he has always encouraged fans to just come into his concerts (including those who don't have tickets) which obviously results in overcrowding.

And then when there were clearly people dying with health officials struggling to get to them, he just continued on with the concert.
