Making mistakes takes up a lot of time. In fact, it can make projects way longer. Well, for instance, let's say you mess up a computer program. Anyway, a safe bet is to try to make sure you follow the original plan from the get-go, but double checking what you're doing before you've went further.

I don't think making mistakes is a complete waste of time. Some of my best learning experience occurred upon making mistakes. The key is to learn from them.

I think making mistakes are opportunities for learning. You learn where you went wrong, how to correct it and come out with a better end result.

I think we make a lot of mistakes as we develop in many areas. That's how we improve and get better. There's no shame in that.

Well, you have to see the positive thing of all this; you learn from making mistakes, so even if you have to do extra-work, I'm almost certain you will not repeat that mistake twice.

For me, it is not always a perfect timing when making mistakes to certain things. I do not usually whine about them. Instead, I will try my best to do them again. It is a process of learning to make things better on the second time around.

Double-checking or cross-checking always help and whenever I do this I do correct so many mistakes so even if you are writing an article, you should go for cross checking
