Best Cold Medicine for you personally?

I mean over-the-counter ones, like Advil, Tylenol, and no I don't have Covid, with 1 Advil (cold and migraines) and some deep sleep, I'm much better. So I wanna know, when you have a cold, which otc cold medicine is the best for you personally? For me, it's always been 1 Advil or 1 Tylenol.

I always ask my doctor or pharmacist which one I should use. Not all colds are the same and it's important if you're on meds daily that the cough syrup is safe to take.

I've always found a mixture of DayQuil / NyQuil and Mucinex to be convenient when I have a bad cold.

I just knock back some Tylenol and stick it out as best as I can.

I prefer drinking a lot of fluid and some ginger tea.

I am on homoeopathy and a dose of Aconite 30 followed by Belladonna 30 thrice in a day and my cold vanishes.
