If you had 10$ million, would you work?

Let's say you won the lottery. Would you work? What would you spend the money on? No, there would be no point to work full time. Instead, I would give some of it to my family members. I don't think you can blow that kind of money unless you go around buying 300,000 dollar cars and 2 million dollar houses left and right, lol. Plus, if you place $10 million in the bank, you could end up getting around $2 million off interest a year. So you are all set for your life. However, I would probably work one day a week, not for the money, but to keep my mind occupied.

Work while I had 10 million dollars sitting in the bank? Why hell no. I'd retire and take the longest vacation ever.

What would you spend the money on?

I'd definitely buy a nice house out in the country & a truck to haul furniture and whatever else I was going to buy. I wouldn't blow the money on overpriced junk like a 10 thousand dollar pair of shoes like Paris Hilton.

No idea what the amount is when converted to US dollars, but I only need around £3.5 million to never work again. 1% interest should give me around £35000 a year which is perfect to retire on.

Yes, I think I would continue to work, but probably not full time. ^^ It would be nice to have just a bit more time to myself, but I do enjoy being productive.

I enjoy my job so I would drop down to part-time hours.

I will definitely have my own company and hire people to work with me. Then, I will take social responsibility seriously by helping the needy.
