Healthcare, definitely healthcare,a lot of people can't afford it,and their health ends up suffering because the fact that they just can't afford it,especially nowadays.

I've heard a really good argument that high speed internet has become so fundamental to society that it should be something made available to everyone for free.

Totally agreed, just look at the schools now. Kids can't do their work without a reliable internet connection. That's something that should be taken into account, not everyone can afford it and that creates and unfair situation for those kids.

This was a policy of the last Labour government in the UK which was widely mocked, one of which I actually agreed with implementing! 🙈

Cancer have killed a lot of people. All treatment of cancer should be made free of charge by the government. Home care for the old people should be free of charge too.

Sanitary pads for ladies menstruation should be given for free. It's something they go through every month till they hit menopause. They deserve better from our health sector.

Nothing is free because someone else is paying for it!

What should our taxes go for is probably the better way to word these types of conversations.

One thing I noticed when I had cancer is how expensive a simple thing like a cat scan is!! Before insurance, my first one at the hospital was $3,300!! How can people afford that? So I'd love for a plan to get our taxes to cover healthcare going, but no plan I see in other countries is sufficient enough.

These days, nothing is for free. Unlike before, you can have some vegetables for free. Now, everything should be paid.
