Hotspot issue

I have been having to use my hotspot on my phone to get online since after the hurricane,until the Comcast guy can get to my neighborhood,and it won't let me play any songs on YouTube,is it just because it can only let you get on certain websites?Or something else,as to why it won't let me play any songs on there?

Have you tried rebooting it? It's always my easy fix for such issues and it works for me. But if you do and it doesn't, you can call customer service if you have access of reaching them.

Is it a 5G phone? Reset is always good but maybe your phone is doing most of the restriction too.
