Due to 2nd degree autism, I'm not the greatest people person, but I do know a lot of things, so how can that be dealt with in the job market?

I'm the same way. I didn't know I was good at credentialing in the medical field and filling out paper work until I was taught how to do it. I thought I would be terrible at it and would get fired.

You have to find your strengths and work off that to see what positions are available for you. Since you aren't a people person, you don't want to do any customer service or hospitality employment positions. Working with data is probably more your thing. Since you are on forums, you can go for Information Management and Document Filing. Where I used to work, filing documents onto the company server was something that someone did...all day long. Easy work with good pay.

Yeah, I haven't really given that much a thought. Like @MrDawn, I am very cynical. Well, now I am trying fast food, but that stuff is an option.

That is why they are called differently abled in that they have abilities that normal people do not possess.

Both of them are equally essential to us. If we were not brainy, we would not be skilled.
