When was the last time you worked with a team?

The last time that I worked with a team was 10 years ago. I used to work for a local government agency.

I do love teamwork if the members are competent enough to do their job responsibilities. I would feel disappointed if they are not.

In real life though, it's been probably 7 years or so since I was a team member at work. A group of Admins would work on projects together and I got to train the newbies

I am the head of a technical team for an event that is coming up ending of this month. We have to manage everything that has to do with sound and power. And I need to work with a team to achieve that. I held a team meeting on Sunday afternoon and it was rewarding.
