How often do you go to the gym?

Many people join the gym with the intention of improving their health. However, not all the people have the stamina to continue once they join. Many people usually quite after a few weeks or even after a few days. So, are you the kind of person who goes to the gym regularly?

I don't go at all because I'm housebound.

I have never been to the gym. Before you plan to join the gym, you need to prepare yourself mentally. Unfortunately, this isn't something many people usually do and they lack the willpower required to go to the gym regularly.

Not a gym person. The most exercise I get is usually just refilling my wine glass. I guess no gym membership is required for that.

Many people have a really hard job. They do not require to go to the gym. I think gym is specifically a better place for people who work in offices and they usually do not get involved in physical activity that often.

In a way you are right. If someone works hard outdoors lifting heavy things, they don't really need the gym. But if you are stuck in an office for long hours, any exercise helps.

In my opinion, if you can't manage to go often....either because of laziness or being too busy, then I see no point in joining. It is not just a waste of money, but you also won't achieve anything. If you are trying to build muscle or change how your body looks, you won't see results unless you go consistently.

That is why I don't join. I know I wouldn't go often enough. I guess it depends on your goals. For general health, a walk and some small exercises at home will do the job. You don't really need a gym in my opinion, except if you have enough money, then why not
