    A lot of fruit will. But mainly, you need to freeze things quickly, and keep them frozen, such as what happens at the commercial food processors that supply your local grocery store. And quick freezing, and then minimal cooking will preserve most of the nutritional value in the vegetables.

    Windows 10 update

    This machine is an "8 to 10 upgrade" and will not run any version of 11 worth running. The good news is that once support for 10 ends, MS will probably have slowed the clockspeed of the OS down, like they did XP and then denied that they'd done it, but it will still work.

    This morning's Windows 10 update on a computer I only use once or twice a week took.... over an hour to download, on cable broadband, and nothing else online on the machine.... THREE hours to install, with nothing else running.... Twenty Minutes, timed by the clock, to reboot after install...
