I think that it's a good use for the abundance of dying malls; good for the owner instead of just letting the closed shops & stores go vacant.
Seems a good idea for those who need or don't mind the cramped living space or detest mowing the grass or shoveling snow.
I would not choose to live in such a tiny space because I'm still burdened with that wide-open-spaces syndrome.
