The percentage of people not having children is at an all time high. Jobs aren't paying people enough to support a family or pay over priced rent. It's gotten so bad that the US government is trying to do something about it. No one wants to have kids in a broken economy. Especially when it puts you at risk of drowning in debt and becoming homeless.
Rents are high in the US because of low construction. Any ideas?
All I can think of is paying better wages, solve the inflation crisis, force owners and corporations to lower rent and make it affordable for people with low paying jobs.
Forcing people to act against capitalist laws of nature might fail in the long run.
When I was in high school, my goal was to be married by the time I was 21.
I couldn't achieve that goal because no one proposed. I was unable to overcome being unattractive to men.
The economy has improved I've read! Inflation is down, stocks are up, grocery prices are down. I'm spending $20 a week less at the grocery store!
All of them as I was never allowed to pursue them.
