Well, damn. How about that. Europe is suddenly all about defending itself. How'd that happen?
*dusts off thread* I'll believe it when I see it @DrLeftover.
Germany needs to reform its spending policies before it can dump money into the military. They are making progress with this, but after WW2, they added laws that made it incredibly hard to make changes or ramp up their military spending. It still seems like they are trying to achieve workarounds instead of just fixing the actual issue, which keeps them behind and risks massive wasteful spending.
