    Me too. You only go to promotion forums for promotion, services and the community boards. Not because of the software they use. People hardly comment on the software forums use.

  16. Promotion Forums

    My one is one of the best ones but I have noticed alot of promotion forums advertised on FP (Forum Promotion) that havn't even set up guidelines. I knew of one that got promoted and hadn't even had one topic or post and had only a couple of forums.

    I've set up my forum descriptions to be as simple as possible but for the user to know straight away what the forum is.

  18. The Internetometer

    I put it as a news thread on my forum and said it would help the forum. It's a very useful but useless thing on the net.

  19. Bump!

    I would perfer they put something else in their thread like some stats but it's their own thread. They just have to apply to the bump rules and they can do whatever else they wish. I hardly ever say bump without some important info unless theres none to post.
