    I made mine as a promotion forum but it's turned into some webmaster community forum now.

    I love being admin but not founder. All those MODs that you have to install to make the community happy. Plus, ones you find that have nothing to do with the forum genre but looks awesome. Like the last topic title in the profile.

    Horrors but I hate the zombie type ones. Although, 30 days of nights was good. I also love Fantasy type movies and comedies.

    I have quite a few like Sidious from Star Wars, The green goblin but my all time fav would be Jason Voorhees. No matter who you are, your dead!

  12. Books or Movies?

    Movies explain more about the story and you get to see it happen in the movie, with a book you use your imagination. I perfer movies though. But, it's good to read books sometimes as some books explain more about the story than the movie does.

    I never thought much of them considering I could only view as a guest. I signed up and never got a confirmation and tried retrying the confirmation and it never came through.

  14. Read the rules & be active!

    Yes, although it's hardly happened to me. On my forum I have a global thread and it's up to the user if they wish to read it or not. If they don't and if they break a rule they can't blaim me or any other forum staff that they never knew what the rules were.

  15. Two admins

    I have three but my forum has 2000+ posts. Although, my third admin hardly posts even though he got promoted yesterday. But, on a normal forum two is enough. You can get the other admin to help out instead of you having to do all the work.

  16. Promotions boards and phpbb

    I did try MyBB but that didn't work out, SMF is too simple and the rest are costly.

  17. inactive moderators?

    I had a inactive moderator which I demoted, she got upset, I promoted her and she never showed up. I was able to find someone else to take her place straight away though.
