    Lol urm it's not temporary it's theft. The pupil nor the father has given consent to the principal keeping the phone. I'd of called the cops. Established proof of ownership. But that's how I roll :P

    I agree with Eezy. Buy law the principal has no right to keep the phone. By offering a flip phone isn't changing the basis of taking the phone from the pupil. It's still giving them the right to use the phone.
