must-have qualities in a best friend?

    Funny, respectful, loyal, quirky.

    Perfect day?

A day to myself with no work and nothing but hanging out alone.
  3. Dee

Do your furry friends wear clothes and accessories?

No they do not. Every now and then for a holiday maybe, yes, but not on the regular.

Fussy or particular about the food you eat?

I'll eat a lot of foods, but I am somewhat picky about specific ones I'm not a fan of (tomatoes, mushrooms, onions cooked a certain way (though I like red onions in salad or on a sandwich), pickles and whatnot). I'm not so picky that if I went out to eat or came over to someone's home and they...

    Autism Spectrum Quiz

My symptoms are low. I'm pretty sure I am not on the autism spectrum. I just have quirks like most people.

    Are you an adult?

Sadly, yes, but I act more like a big kid when it's appropriate. I try not to take myself too seriously.

Do you live with your parents?

No, and thank fucking god. Those people fucked me up something good and it would be the last thing I choose to live with them again. I love the shit out of them, though!

    Perimenopause has started!

Lucky. I'm only 38 and I'm going to require a hysterectomy here in the next half year to a year. Been referred to a specialist GYN onc for the surgery but won't establish until the 19th of this month. I wish it would just happen naturally for me.

Red flags to watch out for in pets?

Body language depending on the animal. I know more about cats than other animals so: ears lowered, tail swishing, big pupils, backing up, straight up swatting/biting. Depends on the environment, too. If they don't feel they're in a safe space they can retreat to, then that'll make everything...

    How is your music organized?

None of the above. I play by date added.

    Do you miss the 2000s?

No, not really. They were a tumultuous time ridden with anxiety and depression and I'm still dealing with that in the 2020s. Thanks.

Social stigma society needs to get over?

Yes! Asexuality is a sexuality just like every other one. And there are many grey areas asexuals fall into.

    What are you obsessed with?

    They're muh favorite.

How much are you willing to pay for shoes?

I'd say, on average, up to about $200. After working footwear retail, I learned a lot about them and the damage that can be done just by buying for looks and not proper fit, arch support, toe box space, etc.

    your childhood home?

Too many to count. I don't really remember the home we lived in during the first few years of my life. I remember a little more when we lived in Costa Mesa and definitely remember the apartment in HB. Right around 6-7 years of age is when my memory becomes most clear.

    What are you obsessed with?

I don't have the motivation to be obsessed with anything, really. Cats, maybe? I do like cats.

    Saying "No"

Depends. I don't have a problem saying no, but there's a line I'll draw eventually.
  18. Dee

    Do you celebrate your birthday?

I do celebrate my birthday. It gives me a chance to be with the people I care about and that's what matters most to me.

    Calling Out Sick

I rarely call out. I'll typically go to work and try to push through as long as I can and just go home if I can't handle it. On top of that, I have active intermittent FMLA for health issues and I'm allowed 1 absence per week for "illness" or "appointment" relating to my condition.
