    I think people are just setting themselves up for failure. Sure, Valentine's Day is a nice way to show your appreciation of your lover, but that doesn't mean you should be upset if it doesn't happen. It's just like any other day, but its just more widely celebrated and viewed as a special day.

    I think that you certainly need more than 2 at the 100 point. It depends on the activity. 2 moderators could probably manage 1000 members, of which 30 are active (posting at least 10 posts a day). But if you have 100 members, each posting 10 posts a day, I'd say you need somewhere of 4-5...
