12 year old girl arrested for Doodling

Im sure everyone has doodled on a desk and this girl gets singled out, Pathetic. I cant also believe she got a criminal record and has to serve community service. The school really needs to reflect on their actions.
Im sure where Im from (England) if the school phoned up the police to say that a pupil had doodled on a desk they would get into trouble for wasting police time. It is a waste of police money & time when they could be catching real criminals. But seems like the police in in that area of America have to much time on there hands.

You know what really bothers me about this whole thing? How stupid people really are. To think that this school doesnât have one person in it with a brain. This is just how mindless people are when it comes to following every rule to the extreme. The government doesnât scare me half as much as the idiots that follow blindly with no common sense. Not only should the school be sued, but the teachers and principal should be fired. This is absolutely ridiculous. This girl is only 12 years old and was arrested for something that goes on in every school every day. That is just sickening to think about.
I hope the mother wins the case.
