ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)– A 15-year-old was arrested Monday afternoon following an incident on the 100 block of South Pearl Street, near South Ferry Street, according to the Albany Police Department. The boy faces multiple gun possession charges.
According to Albany Police, officers responded to a house on the street for reports of a person waving a gun out of the window. When they arrived, police say they saw a person allegedly throw a bag out of a third-floor window.
When police looked inside the bag, they recovered a loaded assault rifle-style gun. Authorities then called the people from within the house out, without incident.
