Nebulous Milne suffers from Usher's syndrome and was deaf from birth. She had bilateral cochlea implants fitted which allowed her to hear for the first ever.

It is sad in someways that we are now conditioned so we are afraid of hugging someone in moments like this.. based on her body language, even though tears of joy, a hug would have gone very well in this.
