About ForumBlogger:

Hey, thanks for checking out ForumBlogger! I'm Fabio Fleitas and I am the guy who is posting all those sweet articles for you to read. I've been running and studying how forums work for a couple of years now and I must say, I absolutely love it. I love how forums work and the micro-society that forums create. I have decided to take a break from running forums and I created this blog to show you some of the experiences I've had that can make your forum better. I also notice what other forums do wrong and help you avoid those same problems.

So if you've had problem creating a successful forum, thank goodness you found this thread

An Article I Feel All Admins Should Read:

Do Not Expect the Community to Grow Itself is an article I wrote which talks about the idea of letting your community run itself. You usually see this happening when the forum is dwindling with activity. I think it is important for all administrators to read and understand that this idea does not work. It is ultimately up to you to work with your forum and your community. Take a few minutes and read that article and let me know what you think.

I have always said that motivation and incentives are what run the foruming world. No one has yet to disagree with me on that point, and I REALLY hope you grasp that concept. It's really easy to understand it, but applying it is obviously much harder. Easier said than done right?

Well lucky for you I recently created two brand-new articles that will help you with the motivation aspect on your forum, so check them out:

  1. How to Motivate Yourself
  2. How to Motivate Your Staff Membershttp://forumblogger.com/how-to-motivate-your-staff-members/

Once you have read them both, let me know what you think in the comments section!
