What is the worst side affect a medication has caused for you?

Sleeping if not fully sleep. Taken things or getting jab before you going into a surgery

Knock on wood, but I have yet to experience any side effects from taking anything, that I know of at least.

Severe flu-like symptoms from a tetanus shot.

Puking is one thing. Others were just irritation and not feeling any better but actually feeling worse. Some medication can do that to you. It's always good to make sure you have the right doctor and specialist when you ask to be put on meds. Also to tell them all they need to know.

There was one medication I took that wouldn't let me sleep. I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep a night and I couldn't stand it so I stopped taking it.

Some medications upset my stomach. So I try to eat before taking them but still throw up anyway.

I personally think that I got a side effect of being vaccinated by coronavirus vaccines. They weakened my eyes.
