In the past months, I have been trying to learn bass arpeggios and the keys they are in - and also doing the same for the banjo. Well, how is your progress? What made you get interested in tackling whatever you're doing? Do you have any specific goals?

It's running for me. I started trining in August and finished a half marathon last Sunday. I remember when I couldn't even jog through an entire song. I was able to do 6 miles before slowing down to a run/walk cadence on Sunday. I will probably continue to jog for exercise.

Good for you. Do you think you can win a race? A lot of people are really good, but not able to win.

Absolutely not lol I don't run to be the fastest. I am a really slow runner. I did recently complete a half marathon in less than 4 hours though. :)

Not right now, but next month or after I plan on boosting my certifications to get better jobs.

Thank you! It was a lot of work and I learned to love running and consider it "me time" - it's when I can enjoy music, podcasts, or audiobooks. ?
I know what you mean, starting to run is HARD, but once you reach a certain level it's much easier to push on from there.

I technically haven't ran since the half marathon so I have to get back into it again.

Another challenging thing I'm trying to do is declutter. Today I was able to clear out a lot of my garage and donated a car load of stuff. I want to make it a thing to donate a bunch like that once a month. We have too many things in this house and it gets frustrating knowing that I have something and just can't find it.

There is not much for me. I am trying to learn how to balance my online work. At present, I am working with the three companies and trying to balance when to book classes online with them.
